Drivers constantly complained about everything and never got better, unable to fix junk equipment, computers used to diagnose problems with trucks weren't in place, hired a not so smart replacement boss.

Endless shop politics everyone talks bad about everyone else at all times it never stops I was a tech A and the from day one the shop was in complete disarray constant down line parts are so hard to come buy that it’s a 3 day wait for brake shoes they stock nothing Driver’s refuse to do pre or post trip inspections and that creates more problems you - more... have to stop anywhere from 8 to 14 times a night for flats and lights and to put 3 qts of oil in a truck. It never stops between the absentee manager and the buddy system tech level means nothing a trainee can be doing a engine light while a tech A ... - less
