Reynolds School District has great benefits, so therefore, it maybe a good job for retirees. Because of the budget cuts, that's all they're good for pretty much. They don't have the funds to give you the pay rate you deserve, and they don't allow overtime. And if you are looking to advance in career, the Reynolds School District is not the place - more ... to do it. Because they've cut out many important roles that the school needs to give the children the care they need which makes the other job roles easier. - less
