It’s simple, you watch videos in a group for 30 to 45 mins. Then you’re individually interviewed based on your availability and transportation. Then sign new hire forms. I think you’ll be hired quickly if you’re availability is flexible

1. Pay varies by district. There is a mininum district starting wage that can increase if you perform well. This pay can also decrease if you don't meet your goals. RGIS is pay-for-performance and does not do merit raises. There are also "adder roles" such as store supervisor, recounter and setup that increase your pay for a particular inventory event.

2. Travel events are usually done with a company van. The driver of the van is paid minimum wage based on where the event is located. The other passengers do not get paid for the first hour of travel each way. You only get paid gas if you use your own vehicle to go to a travel event (must be approved by an area manager) or if you are bringing equipment to run a store.

It depends on your district. If your district office is near a state border you may be called to do travel events that take you across state lines. From my experiences the farthest amount of travel we do on a regular basis is about 2 hours one way.

Generally you will have a meet site at the office, some managers will have you meet at park & rides witch leaves your vehicle vulnerable to break in and the company will not reimburse you for the damages.

Most of the people selected to drive the van are generally tired from just coming off another shift or just have issues driving in general making travel unsafe 60% of the time.

They recently put gps trackers in the Van's to increase driving safety.
