It’s simple, you watch videos in a group for 30 to 45 mins. Then you’re individually interviewed based on your availability and transportation. Then sign new hire forms. I think you’ll be hired quickly if you’re availability is flexible

1. Pay varies by district. There is a mininum district starting wage that can increase if you perform well. This pay can also decrease if you don't meet your goals. RGIS is pay-for-performance and does not do merit raises. There are also "adder roles" such as store supervisor, recounter and setup that increase your pay for a particular inventory event.

2. Travel events are usually done with a company van. The driver of the van is paid minimum wage based on where the event is located. The other passengers do not get paid for the first hour of travel each way. You only get paid gas if you use your own vehicle to go to a travel event (must be approved by an area manager) or if you are bringing equipment to run a store.

It depends on your district. If your district office is near a state border you may be called to do travel events that take you across state lines. From my experiences the farthest amount of travel we do on a regular basis is about 2 hours one way.

Carpool/transportantion is after a set milage, so if the DM sets travel at 30 miles and the job is 30 miles from your districts office then they may choose to set up a meet site.

If you live in another city than the district office you are employed at and that office is 30 miles from you and the job you're headed to is nearby that office then you wouldn't get paid travel because the job is less than 30 miles from the office not your home.

HR also has said that any of the district offices can change the milage based on their needs. So they could change the milage from 30 to 50

Unprofessional staff will not email or contact me about anything. I have to continue to contact her so she can remember to do her job. Supposed to schedule a start date and she said she would contact me when they become available. Sounds messy to me....

I started training in alabama on a Tuesday. That same week on Saturday I got an email with a schedule for Monday and Thursday. No 2 week notice for me but happy to start working. My advice is to check your email everyday.

The management don't assign work based on where you are located, so you will drive 30 or more miles to a job that is only 2 hours long.

Management do not take care of issues brought to their attention.

Many of the auditors are just there for a paycheck so they are just there to soak up hours instead of being productive and getting the job done in the contracted time.

Management do a poor job motivating employees and at managing inventory flow, making sure people are actually doing their job instead of wandering around.
