The work life is hectic, staff constantly gossips about one another (including the higher authorities) I've see mistreatment of the clients and also staff. They higher whomever will be willing to work for a pay check. Those people show no compassion for the clients.

Care for the mentally challenged. you have to be very observant to make sure the client are safe, observant of their moods, well being.to inspire them that they can do things for themselves with supervision. Clients are taken to what called the day center, Monday thru Friday where they are taught the basic reading, writing, abc's, counting, and being self sufficient.
