It was a good place to work not very big office. We had free lunch every single day. Management could have been better. We had someone in billing with no billing skills at all I think that was a problem.

The patients and Doctors are wonderful. The office manager is also wonderful, the front desk supervisor however is not a nice person. Felt very degraded belittled humiliated on a daily basis. If you stood up for yourself you were doomed from the beginning. It was the absolute worst job experience I’ve ever had.
Director of Ancillary Services in Dallas, TX

I love the people I work with. It is often fast paced and challenging work, but it is all for our patients and we make it happen together! I've learned a lot about Rheumatology and the effects of the diseases on patients. I've also learned about two new electronic record / lab systems- eClinicalWorks EMR and Orchard Harvest LIS. I would recommend working here

RA is a great place to work. My department has some great people in it. This company is growing all the time and I don't worry that I will lose my job because the company didn't survive. I learn something new nearly every day.
