In a typical day there are 2 sessions of classes, so students only attend half a day. I can't remember if we taught 6 classes a day or 8. RMA has also changed companies and structures since I taught there. It's good for kids who have children, work to support their families, or simply didn't succeed in traditional school. My supervisor was a wonderful - more ... person but not a wonderful principal. The hardest part of my job was motivating students but it was the most rewarding job I've had because when a student graduated, you knew it was because they worked hard to reach that goal. - less
Prossmall classes, lots of autonomy/freedom
