The HR department is disconnected from the buisness. They attempt to help with screening, however it appears they spend more time doing company Recess - a fact they believe makes the company great. ( its made fun of all over the country) However, if they asked people from the field, it seems that the corporate office spends all day and money eating and fooling around during recess while the field gets 30 minutes and are encouraged by their Regionals to bring in "pot luck"

Tampa is beaurcratic and slows down a lot of progress - abiltiy of the property manager has been taken away due to many thefts at properties. The system to ask for corrections or help is a "ticket" system electronically where the low level associates who also do not know the business often hold up timely corrections needed from the field.
