Live - in- Nanny (Former Employee) –  Richmond, VirginiaJuly 16, 2015
I have learned to be an active listener and not do or offer services that I feel will best serve the customer but focus on what that person is specifying as their concerns and needs and then being confident in the services and products my company offers to serve the client the ultimate customer relations experience.
Pros
Enjoy working with new people who bring different skills.
Cons
Temporary assignments or assignments that contracts end.
