The interview process is usually done by a panel of 4-6 people. The applicant's experience is discussed and the applicant is questioned by members of the panel. The panel will include the principal of the school as well as central office staff.

Well first the application, then you have to pass a test and it will let you know if you pass or not and if you pass they will tell you that they going to call you, it took me a week cause i had a child going there so i got in fast. But it take about a week.
