Assistant Housing Manager (Current Employee) – Richmond, VA – May 21, 2015
My typical day is started with residents coming in to the office to talk about any issues they have, I also have leasing to do, I work in a complex that has 781 units in it. I do the legal part- pay or quits, unlawful detainers, charge offs, 21-30 day notices, send out 72 hours letters for criminal activities. work with maintenance on any problems they have. My co- workers are nice, we all work together to keep everything up to date. The hardest part of the job is the eviction part of the job. The most enjoyable part is making sure our residents are happy.
working with co-workers who know how to get the job done
not having enough time to get all the dead lines done

Assisted Housing Specialist (Former Employee) – Richmond, VA – June 3, 2019
It was very fastpaced and the caseload was extremely large. They serviced a few high risk populations. It is a very team oriented environment. My supervisor was not afraid to help and constantly trained us to keep procedures fresh.
