Review incoming stock for refresh. able to work with different computer systems. The managers I worked with were easy to work for.Given a chance to work with imaging developer to improve system, and assist legal department in backing up and clear systems for recycle process. Assist management with warehouse inventory and stock.
Sr. On-Site Service Specialist in San Antonio, TX

Currently management is in Austin, so no attention or care is showed to San Antonio employees. The pay is not competitive at all. Employees on-site around San Antonio are a different story as they are professional and nice but ultimately are in no position to assist with employee concerns. Loyal and good employees are disregarded while bad apples are kept employed. They do not value their employees as the “Core Values” states.

The Training is amazing. When you go to corporate for training you are actually trained by the top level executives. I felt like I got a raw deal, but it was during COVID and mine situation could have been a one off. Prior to COVID and my exit I would have given them 5 all the way around.
