Extremely hostile work environment. Management constantly micromanaged employees. In addition management forces services technicians to make sales and meet monthly quota. If sales are not made employees are written up.

Since RICOH is suffering with a no profit situation and having to downsize to end up making a profit. Woul it not make more sense to get rid of ALL of those many many managers / Director who's really the reason that there is no profit. Instead, MR. CEO, you decided to cut the small money earning but hard working people. I think you need to work closer with the bottom line employees to learn more about all of the trickery that goes on within. Please do just that before Ricoh gets Local, State and Federal attention and become fined heavily.
