Since RICOH is suffering with a no profit situation and having to downsize to end up making a profit. Woul it not make more sense to get rid of ALL of those many many managers / Director who's really the reason that there is no profit. Instead, MR. CEO, you decided to cut the small money earning but hard working people. I think you need to work closer with the bottom line employees to learn more about all of the trickery that goes on within. Please do just that before Ricoh gets Local, State and Federal attention and become fined heavily.
You are not able to accrue vacation to the next year. You must "use it or lose it". They capped vacation at 4 weeks per year. Anything over 10 years with Ricoh is 4 years. No longer do you receive another week after 20 years of employment. They have measly 2 percent pay rasises per year. This goes for everyone. No merit increases. You can work hard or be a slacker. Same 2% increase. Find yourself another company if you want to be appreciated.

Keep your loyal experienced employees. cut your salaries and your bonuses I work for this company for over 30 years and gave it everything I had. all of the constant changes and poor management . My father told me to find a good company and work for them give them everything you have and they will take care of you. All Ricoh has been doing is reducing their Workforce but the managers are do very well .it's all about the profits. the service has plummeted compare to mom-and-pop organizations. Ricoh was a great place to work I just don't know what they're trying to accomplish.
A company is more than profit it is people.
