A lack of customer experience strategy has effectively created all the metrics that companies seek to avoid: churn, turnover and low morale. I was an AM with 1,100 seperate accounts to call on - it was impossible even if I worked 24/7. Work / Life balance is nonexistent unless you have worked for 10-20 year within Ricoh and have established accounts.

It seems like a great company at first depending what grade/rank your at. If you’re looking for growth or raise think again. This just is great company for people without bills. Management pretends to care but you’re just a number.

The job itself is easy, but there's too much micromanagement. Management is allows hounding the employees about not making product, but offers inadequate training in how to do so. The bottom line is more important than the well fare of the employees.

The company was much better as Ikon Office Solutions before being bought by Ricoh.. Ricoh hires incompetent managers and does not provide a platform to express your concerns or views. Long term employees are not paid comparable salaries as new staff.
