This company has extremely poor communication with its drivers, the staff are all millennials who are communicating with older adults that are doing the driving. They are disrespectful, show favoritism, don't respond when necessary, ignore you, talk down to you. Actually quite humiliating. I drove for zum in 2017 and 16 and experienced a lot of challenges. I left and came back in 2018, was told they were happy to have me back and there would be a lot of rides. Very poor management. Even if you do everything they ask you to do, they can make up a lie and tell you that they don't need your services anymore simply because they don't have a clue how to run a company or appropriately handle drivers. Absolutely demoralizing.
