General Rental Manager in Little Rock, AR

Over the 15 years I witnessed and participated in many initiatives designed to improve customer experience, employee engagement and to show appreciation and care for the communities where we operated.

Working at Riggs is just like any other job. You have your ups, your downs, and your daily in betweens. If you can keep that in mind, Riggs is a great place to work with great people. With every job, there are always little things that sometimes get in the way of the bigger picture and I feel this can sometimes impact the big picture of a company's values and culture. I've worked for a lot of different companies, and Riggs is by far the most invested in their employees wellbeing, best interest, and future.

I was at my previous job for over 15 years...made the switch to Riggs and has been the best decision for my family and I. Great company to work for and everyone wants to see you succeed.
Shop Technician in Little Rock, AR

Riggs was great to start working for but ultimately led to a bad ending after I went through the think big program and graduated. Pay was awful and so was the management situation, changing management every 6 months and having multiple bosses. I wanted a raise and they told me just to work more hours when I was working 55 hours a week. The job comes with tons of politics, too much gossip and an added stress that will push you into leaving like everyone else. I enjoyed working there because the facility and tooling was exceptional. Corporate and management was sub par. Seems like every time there was a new manager they were less qualified. You will starve to death working there!
Service Coordinator in Springdale, AR
on February 9, 2021
My complaints are not about the company as a whole but about the culture in that specific location. People that have been working there for a very long time seem to like things as complicated as possible and they make it seem as hard and complicated as possible to deter others from trying to do their job. It is a extremely bad self-defense system that a lot of the management does.
