Accept that you are not perfect, develop a plan to undo the tone of “you can be replaced” that you, the COO Kim, the Human Resources Manager Ryan Smith, the directors Nirmit Kumar and Carl, and Terri Sinnott, have seen within the Care centers. Your current business mindset is to divide and that simply will not Help the productivity of the company. This suggestion alone will fix the turnover rate, it will empower company executives to have self-accountability instill values, quality and develop better trust from quality employees. Don’t fix it, expect the turnover rate to continue to climb, expect investors not to trust your business model, expect to fail as a company with a decent business model.
