The most useful review selected by Indeedthe workplace is comfortable. Phone rooms are stressful by nature but the GM "Shooter" spends time giving motivational speeches, as well as tools to improve and mistakes to avoid.
The firm always pays on time and always awards commissions in a timely manner.
the hardest part of the job is boredom from constant repetition and the best part of the job is successfully complete a deal.

Negative, abusive work environment

Verbal Harassment of employees is normal. A toxic work environment, in a beautiful location. Everybody in the company is miserable. No training, no advancement, secretive.

Fun place to work

Everyday is different, learn a lot about the court systems and the statues in each state regarding transfers. Workplace is great, good vibe, more of like a family.

Worst place ever to work

This is for addicts. He treats the staff very poorly and is a recovering addict himself. Very selfish and selfless. No room for advancement unless you’re a pretty Caucasian female that had a recovery problem.

Hire many ex-cons and addicts/un pleasant environment

Poor management...managers use profanity to address employees.
Many employees have lengthy criminal records or are drug abusers
payroll is messed up consistently
no professionalism at all
no room for advancement or job security

As an employee at right way funding, I worked around a clean and fun work environment. The pay was 10.00 per hour there is an guareenteed 700.00 dollars bi-weekly as long as you attend work every day. There are no benefits at this job location.
