This place gave me a chance when I had no skills
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAOctober 19, 2018
This was one of my favorite jobs and it was also the start of my gain in office administrative skills, as well as allowed me to use my gifts of writing/editing/ and formatting. Management was very supportive and provided a comfortable work environment.
Pros
Great compensation and benefits, comfortable office environment, great opportunity for advancement
Cons
Disgruntled customers, learning office environment as a novice, can be stressful during certain time periods

Tough place to work
Principal Consultant (Former Employee) –  Concord, CA 94520February 7, 2018
Rimkus is kind of a sweat shop. As long as you bill a high number of hours, you'll be ok. That will be difficult, however, because you will be burdened with endless red tape.

Poor management
Consultant (Former Employee) –  Willowbrook, ILFebruary 5, 2018
Company has great benefits, but mangement is constantly asking for more billable hours; even when there isn’t work. Lack of leadership and “the ol’boy” network is constant. Jobs would be sent to other consultants when a closer consultant is available and needs billable hours.
