There is no issue in offering guidance to management. They have no awareness in the employees. Such a negative surroundings, leadership has no direction, high turnover so nobody knows whats going on.

Sales leadership is quite thief and lacking in experience as well as structure.


The CEO should start holding the correct ppl accountable if he isn’t looking to be obtained and rid of the utter disorganization that is RC. The products are amazing but the leadership teams are seriously inadequate in sales and operations

Working at this company can be very stressful. They ask for too much for the pay given. Staff is not taken into consideration. No raises, hardly room for job advancement.

Laid off over 200 employees during the last year I worked there. Played to the stock market on a monthly basis. Layoff announcements every quarter. This company pays low. No Benefits, Shifts are bid on. Tethered to a phone for hours until scheduled 15 minute break. Hated it

Extremely very long hours with zero suggestions on how we're changing the business for the beneficial. Tons of office politics. Every person seems to be either afraid and on edge to be there. There is no factor in offering advice to administration. They have no attention in the employees.

Don't mess acircular with these guys. Their agreement has hidden wording that creates sure that once they got you, it is going to charge you to leave them. Their client service has no idea what they are doing and puts you on keep for super long. Their phone disconnects, has horrible reception, as well as oftentimes your telephone will not even associate and has robotic msg that says this telephone is not in service.

Great features. So good I wanted to add additional minutes and multilevel IVR. The sales representative said it would be an extra $12/mo. That's ok for the additional features.

What is not okay is that it resets my 4 year contract to day 1. Does not anyone have a 4 years cell service contract?

Shop available. There are other virtual telephone services without having contracts.
