It can be very quick, depends on the position. If you're applying in September for a job that starts in November then there probably won't be interviews until mid October when the GMs are in the area. After the interview it's usually only a matter of days until you're hired or not.

Be on time for interview, come five minutes early, do your research on facility, be outgoing with front desk staff, as they have the interviewer's ear after the interview. First Impressions mean everything here. Make sure you have clean and up-kept appearance and are ready to talk about prior experiences. You also need to have a good reason as to why you applied here. Better than " I just need a job". Something like 'I really think this would be a great opportunity to get to know the community." would work well.
