Data Analyst (Former Employee) – Newark, CA – March 27, 2017
Very helpful employees, challenging and collaborative atmosphere, great work-life balance. I enjoyed my time here as an intern very much, and grew my technical (data analysis, R) skills and made connections with the employees at RMS.
Watch out for incompetent management willing to throw employees under the bus!
Employee (Current Employee) – Newark, CA – December 14, 2018
Too many management changes in past year. Every new manager/VP is out to make themselves look good and willing to throw employees under the bus. Force you to do work other than what you were hired for. I would consider looking elsewhere for a job than here!
Office is decent size but they keep moving people around.
Too many management changes resulting in lack of company direction.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Duluth, GA – July 7, 2017
During my employment with RMA it was fun relaxed no worries. when ever there is new management there can be upset with everyone. Tension of this job was horrible people started to. A typical day at work could be all about picking up speed. Management only thought about the bottom number. The work place culture was over saturated with AA people. The most hardest part about this job was management. Most relax part of the job when the Christmas holiday came around.
Security Supervisor (Former Employee) – Canton, MA – May 3, 2017
I learned a lot, meet some very nice people ,and how to be professional. When dealing with the public and dignitaries and stressful situations, and managing the staff and in coming phone calls and deliveries,.I would police the grounds ,the building, check Id's .
great learning experience working at Gov.Romney's headquarters.
people not showing up for their shifts, and people from washington not wanting to show id's.
