The culture of this company is what made Ritchie Bros. so great for so long. While the staff on site will always be incredibly pleasant, the motivations for the company have shifted from being the best auction company to being the most profitable corporate entity. Ritchie took more steps toward a corporate structure using the "evergreen model" loosely. - more...
