The work never ends, and there is no way any of the deadlines can be met. They don't allow additional work hours so that the Small deadlines can be met, and employees are scolded for working over 8 hours even if it is only 15 minutes.

Tedious. Several interviews and test to take. They have a great training program- once you are in. They really have invested in providing information to new employees about their systems and how to use them. I remember thinking HOLY MOTHER OF GOD as I was going through the process- but once you are in I was equally impressed with the training available.
