I would train my employees so they will stay on top pg there game id make show every comstermer is trested with respectif also help as much as i can.
I would actually pay my employees a little better. I would have them trained better on what exactly their job duties are. If someone is interested in being promoted, I would actually LISTEN to them and give them a chance instead of going off what negative gossipers have to say! I would look at each employee as a respectable, valuable member of a team instead of a replacable/expendable thing!
