It's all about politics here. If they like your face then you stay and they will treat you good especially your co-workers! If you're young looking, you don't get too much respect here! If you are meek, they can sense that and will try to take advantage of that!

Cashiers do so much for so little in return. We handle most of the problems in the store, we stock shelves, handle customers, clean, put up and remove tags, face, etc. And yet we get played less than anyone else in the store. We get minimum wage. Supposedly Rite Aid values their employees. Yeah ok they value us so much that they pay us to barely get by in life.

Stress due to lack of employees. We've been "hiring" for almost 2 years and the interview we had they declined because they said it looked to stressful to work in the pharmacy.
