Being belittled by a lot of my co workers. Demanding customers. A lot of tough job duties and little pay!

My constant schedule changes and the management trying to ‘bully’ me if I didn’t work certain shifts . And just lazy pharmacists in general who don’t like to pick up the phone or talk to customers . Very rude pharmacist and staff .

The PDM. They have no clue what happens in a pharmacy yet they give unrealistic quotas to meet. Also flu season. They expect pharmacies to give hundreds of flu shots by the end of flu season, but when your in a small town where most of our customers can't afford insurance/meds flu shots and any other shot for that matter is the last priority to them.

Can not hire anyone do to lack of pay! So stores are always understaffed as far as management, cashiers, and pharmacy tech. Then when someone is hired they are no good! ( guess you do get what you pay for! )
To much to do, tasks always trump purpose.. no matter what they tell you! This company as far as management will consume all of your time and you'll have no life outside of Rite Aid! Upper management does not seem to care how stressed out you get! They just keep giving you more things to do with more responsibilities !
