Ritter itself is good, but they need new management.

The Ritter company as a whole is great. The president & VP truly respect and appreciate their employees. The call center is fairly new, and they have horrible management there. The rules are unclear, the lead and manager are friends, so they gang up on people they don't like. For such a tiny department, you think they'd be more organized. All in all, the call center is cluster mess. Great place to work if in another department.
