Well, what can I say? Run!! As fast as you can and as far away as possible.
This company claims to have such great core values bur refuses to acknowledge the staff members that go above and beyond. Those staff members that don't give a dmn are continuously pardoned because management is too afraid to lose the coverage on the floor.
They try to save on costs in the strangest places like drinking water and delaying necessary maintenance requests yet they treat the managers to boujee dinners and free products.
If you're thinking of joining this company, don't!

If your passion is an industry like this, you will thrive. If you're accustomed to slow work pace, you'll like here. Otherwise, you will be bored. The pay is standard, however, it is mentally draining.
Supportive and close knit co-workers via team building
Beauty Advisor & Key Holder (Former Employee) – New York, NY – February 27, 2015
My sales position at Rituals Cosmetics mainly consisted of customer service and sales engagements with customers who were shopping for body care products. I established personal rapports quickly with my clients and built important people skills in this position. Management was generally concerned with our well being and ethical. My coworkers were always supportive and we enjoyed working together as a team. The most difficult part of the job was my safety concern regarding the location, which was on a rather high risk block in SoHo. The most enjoyable part of the job was working as a team with my fellow sales associates, reflecting on and growing together with each sales interaction.
