Hire more qualified staff, offer realistic training to the CSU staff, hire decent managers who have a clue how to actually manage, hire security for every shift every day & night, have a back-up plan if said security call in. Just to name a few.

It's not as satisfying as one would think. It's making like making the quota is more important than helping people with mental health issues. You'll work long hours with people being put on your schedule even if you block your lunch time (it'll be removed). Micromanaging is the worse. Working here is a good learning experience but not recommendation for long career unless you're in management.

Productivity, but they wanted to be very picky about the work hours etc. If you made your schedule around the availability of the clients, then productivity was possible, including time for notes. However, they want you to be available, but busy all the time with clients in the field. Field employees cannot be at 2 places at once.
