The place need better security! The employees are dealing with mentally ill patients with one security guard on duty. Most of the security guards are older men.

It's not as satisfying as one would think. It's making like making the quota is more important than helping people with mental health issues. You'll work long hours with people being put on your schedule even if you block your lunch time (it'll be removed). Micromanaging is the worse. Working here is a good learning experience but not recommendation for long career unless you're in management.

Pay your employees the money they deserve, your employees are the ones that help run your business. Also make sure to show the employees that you value them and respect them. Everyone at your locations leave and says the samething please value, respect, and pay your employees so they are better able to serve the individuals correctly.

I really do not wish to share it. They have a bad reputation in the community and now I understand why. If they cannot make enough money off of you (client or staff), you will get little or no support
