It's not as satisfying as one would think. It's making like making the quota is more important than helping people with mental health issues. You'll work long hours with people being put on your schedule even if you block your lunch time (it'll be removed). Micromanaging is the worse. Working here is a good learning experience but not recommendation for long career unless you're in management.
River Edge talks a good game and show a very positive workplace. However, when it comes down to it, the patients do not receive the services they want/need or ask for. Executives want to micro-manage staff with NO sense of responsibility to the ethics or legalities of how staff or clients are treated. IT'S ALL ABOUT THAT MONEY!

I love the work, hate the employer! Hostile work environment, lottle/no compensation when having to do the work of 2 other people because of the high turnover rate.
