If you’re a floor RN, you will work 3 days 12hr shifts. Your 12hr shifts will turn into AT LEAST 13hrs and you get a 30minute break. Don’t hold your breath for those 15minute breaks you’re supposed to get, they don’t happen.

Laid back. You talk to the managers of the individual areas. Be honest, and don't try to do mind games. Trust me, they've seen it all, and if you try it, you'll do nothing but irritate them. They don't play games with you. Don't play games with them.

I went to a hiring fair and was interviewed on the spot. I was called a few days later and offered the job. After normal physical, background check, etc., I started the job. No more than 1-2 weeks total.
