MDS Coordinator (Former Employee) – North Charleston, SC 29405 – September 23, 2018
MDS Dpt not run well. Administration was close-minded when it came to taking serious consideration to the complaints from employees working in the department. Facility imposes unreasonable time demands of staff in salaried positions.
nurse (Former Employee) – South Carolina – July 26, 2018
Incredibly unprofessional staff, understaffed, deaf management. So sad that the patients and residents suffer because of this.. Supplies were at a minimum, spotty availability. Staff not welcoming, not open to changes or suggestions.
Dietary Aide (Current Employee) – Danville, VA – April 24, 2018
This is a very fast-paced job. I would recommend this job to anyone who doesn’t like to take it easy. Also the rules are very strict. Every item must have a time and date on it. Each meal ticket is carefully constructed and must be carried out with precision
Fundamential has a very bad reputation as a company. I know this from being in multiple buildings. Turnover is high and for good reason. Regional directors and administrators are clueless. I could go on...Worst part is the residents ultimately suffer.
LPN / Staff Floor Nurse (Former Employee) – N Charleston, SC – January 24, 2018
Always short of staff!!!!" New DON'S and Administrator changes often! Negative atmosphere, never knowing which unit you are going to be assigned to. Do not get hours you were signed on to work. Very stressful at times!!. Often no nurse shows up to relieve you at end of your shift. Medication is often missing or has simply not been reordered from PHARM. Located in a very bad area of town!.
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – North Charleston, SC 29405 – July 9, 2017
communication is extremely good, you are told what is expected and the jobs got done. It was hard work, changing adult diapers, dealing with people over 400lbs but the bosses even though expected a lot were more on a level of we are dealing with people and treated their employees with kindness whether reprimanding us or rewarding us.
