The main head honcho is rude and disrespectful and if he were gone then the facility would run great. But besides that I loved my job there and miss some of the residents.
It's a great company to work for. That being said the actual facility is a mess. Lack of staff makes it very hard to give the residents the care they deserve. Very high staff burn out.
Great hospital and facility staff dedicated to their patients. Too much gossip, interdepartmental and hospital wide and it is acceptable. Small town management and HR. Training has finally become better and consistent. I understand that all of the above has since changed but not sure how it’s working long term.Staff in Imaging reminded me of a high school clique. It was bad…. Many problems and non team players are allowed to stay on if their shift is a difficult one to fill, Sad.
I have worked there off and on since 2016, love the residents and the CNAs really work, and the nurses are awesome. The administration is wonderful people to work for.
I had a great time working at Riverwood, I always felt supported and valued. My supervisor would always address goals with me and I felt like the company as a whole worked well together for the common goal of benefiting our patients.
