We feel the culture of RiverWoods really sets us apart from other organizations. Our culture is based on our Core Values:
Mutuality - We are in this together
Authenticity - Be genuine, lead with your heart
Not for Self - It's not about me; it's about we
Respect for the Individual - Honor our Differences
Sustainability - Use our resources wisely, forever
Our core values don't just get hung up on a wall or on a mission statement card, you can see our core values come to life with the way employees and resident interact with each other, the way employees feel they can make a diffference in each others lives just by being there to support and encourage each other, and in the way each person gets a chance to be their best self everyday.
It is hard to describe our culture because it is more of a feeling, I have heard it be described as "coming home", "community" and "having a group of friends that you get the chance to work with."
Our employees are looking for personal and professional growth, want to be a part of something larger than themselves, want to make a difference in our residents and each other lives by being kind and respectful and want to have fun at work.
"I have been at RiverWoods for 18 years because I have had many opportunities for professional growth, I can be a good parent and a good employee with a flexible work schedule, I enjoy the people I work with and have fun."

Unbelievably crazy when I was their no focus on personal life.
The interview process is simple.
It takes approximately 2 weeks to get hired. However the process could be longer depending on background checks.
