TERRIBLE. They dont care about their employees, they only care about their bottom line. Working with them, I found so many errors and mistreatment of their employees.
RMSI does not care about their employees. Management is incompetent and unsupportive. The team leads who train you are rude and overworked. Nobody at this company is earning what they deserve and even the team leads are earning way less than they deserve. I have worked for this company and know others who have. Current employees who have been with the company for 10 years and still dont get a raise. They dont like hiring people for full-time status because they dont want to pay benefits. They are very cheap and only care about their bottom line.

I was initially impressed with my team's organization while working, but quickly learned that a lack of supervision creates a very unprofessional atmosphere with lewd conduct, foul language, aggressive behavior, and altogether hostile environment. Furthermore, there is supposedly a set schedule, but more often than not, there is not enough work for a full day. This type of work has high turnover rates for a reason.
Not good needed more experienced supervisors

Drive long, long distances only to work for 3 hrs. Scheduled for 8 hrs.
Company never reimbursed for mileage as they offered in interview. Extreme wear and tear on your car. Expected you to put an unbelievable #number of miles on your own vehicle with NO REIMBURSEMENT.
In DFW area very disorganized and unethical mgt. team.
Very flippant attitude toward their employees.
