This is a great company to work with.
RN, RN Network Travel Nurse (Former Employee) - Florida - July 15, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Flexibility in assignments, insurance, stipend for living expenses, and variety of positions available. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The company is not stressful at all. The assignment may be, but not the company. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The atmosphere is Inviting, helpful, and educational. What is a typical day like for you at the company? I show up for my assignments on the days required, work my shift, and go back to my hotel.

My recruiter has been outstanding. Benefits are excellent!
RN Travel Nurse (Current Employee) - Danville, KY - June 15, 2023
Every facility is different. Some better than others. Talk to your recruiter. If you don't like the place, just don't renew! Schedules are not always block scheduling, so ask in advance if you want to travel home during the assignment. Also, ask about orientation time. You may only get 1 day. Usually 3 days.
Pros
Excellent benefits
Cons
Availibilty for Psych locations

Great pay, great recruiter and administration.
RN (Current Employee) - Maine - May 23, 2023
Great pay, great recruiter and administration. Of all the hospitals that I have been contracted with, there is only one that I would not return to. I always get to give the place I have been contracted with a "grade" for the company upon completion. It's a decent system because they won't send their other nurses to a sub-par facility.

Great Pay and supportive recruiter
Travel Nurse (Former Employee) - Ft. Collins, CO - May 17, 2023
The pay is wonderful and the work is very rewarding. Typical work days are just what you would see i. a hospital setting without having to deal with all the politics of being a staff nurse. Compensation is paid weekly.

Lies
RN Travel Nurse (Former Employee) - Toledo, OH - May 5, 2023
They “promised” Covid pay in the contract but it was not paid. I was a counselor to my recruiter. When I got Covid I was let go from my contract after working 2 extra days almost weekly.

Always knew what to expect
Traveling PCT (Former Employee) - Oklahoma - May 2, 2023
Company was great up until my last assignment. The recruiter was hard to get a hold of. When my last assignment was over I just found another job. My Recruiter didnt bother to get ahold of me to ask where I was going next. Before then I had a great time. Contacts were laid out easy to read. I would go back but work with another recruiter.

Outstanding, competent caring company
Travel Staff Nurse (Former Employee) - Hudson, FL - April 4, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? All the staff from clinical staff to payroll staff, etc., were caring and felt like "family" and reupping at my present job brought great pay increases and the company had great health insurance and benefits. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Onboarding for HCA Florida is tough What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Professional yet very caring and able to talk via telephone for specific and possibly urgent feedback instead of just email. What is a typical day like for you at the company? I work as a traveling nurse for the company I'm not on staff

The culture is good the pay is not, nor are the expectations.
Recruiter (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - January 25, 2023
It's a lot... it takes a lot just to work here. While the people are friendly and inclusive, this place will suck you dry. You may do well with the company goals, but sometimes nurses leave (the ones we recruit) for reasons we can't always control, so always be on the lookout for another job bc the second you're not on a 'better than average' list - you are put on a performance plan designed to edge you out. A recruiter has to be a mentor, a teacher, a counselor, a payroll expert, an axe-thrower (when you have to fire someone), and 'all things' job related on top of normal sales skills. The base pay is not what you would see for a similar position at other companies that only ask you to recruit without all those other things. A hefty job description is fine unless the pay doesn't cover it.
Pros
friendly people
Cons
lack of pay, unrealistic expectations

Worst place to work. They don't care about you and will stiff you of your pay. Wasted my time to go work for them and I was never paid. Horrible experience for me. Put me off travel nursing.
