SHIFT LEAD in Sterling, VA
It’s not bad
Not a hard job. As long as you know what you’re doing you’ll have a good chance of getting lots of hours here. Depending on store, training is sparse.
Sales and ISS in Alpharetta, GA
No bad for the money
It was virtually impossible to get a raise or to move up in the company. They promised a new position to me I did all the work for and then never got promoted.

Overworked, manipulative, liars
Do not trust anyone who works here. All they do is overwork their employees and lie to their customers. Management is VERY manipulative, condescending, and do not listen to their employees. All they want to do is use them to sell over priced sneakers and to convince customers they need a membership and all these extra products just so the employee can make a commission off the sale (which is only like $1 by the way). NOT WORTH SELLING YOUR SOUL TO SELL A PAIR OF SHOES!! take my advice, DON'T WORK HERE!!! And if you don't listen, just be careful of the male employees... lets just say they're very "hands on"....

Positive coworkers, Fun atmosphere, decent pay and room for improvement in the company. I don’t work a day at this job. CEO comes around and is always cool. Management treats us good and appreciates our hard work.

Loved my time at RRS!
I worked at RRS many years ago, and have great memories of my time there. The training program sets you up for success. The leadership team was very supportive. Leadership does well at making sure you have the tools and resources you need, and ensuring you feel valued as a employee. Your contributions are recognized, and celebrated, They see the potential in their employees and invest time in their development and growth. I had the most amazing coworkers. We worked hard but lifted each other up, and everyone had the TEAM and teamwork mentality. I have made some lasting friendships during my time there.
