They put guaranteed pay that you see before going to the job then if they cancel it will give you $6 for dollars $3 so thats a bait and switch. that that's part of their terms and conditions they say.they're with off and then the support people as useless as they are and every aspect of it will stop responding to you the company of the joke PUSH blame on everybody else him about the drivers
They rip you off and the support staff is useless
When the gigs go right it can be fun but because the jobs may not go thrugh the job can cost u money. Theres no gaurante you will make a profit even thought you get the gig it can cancel and it dosent matter how much time or miles you spend driveing to do gig it dosent pay if job cancels and they do cancel jobs so dont belive them when they say you will get paid ive had 2 jobs cancel and it cost me 80.00 out of my pocket so dont just trust there words they lie i have the proof and no longer do any jobs for the fradulant company
Meet people travel
Junk company dont pay like they say
Dispatching and assignment of gigs is very inconsistent and poorly managed. Dispatcher or A.I. used to assign gigs does not seem to take into consider the profile of drivers and their individual skills/talents in providing best customer experience while executing gigs.

I wish I didn’t need the money. They could care less about their drivers. The low pay and lower cancellation (no fault of driver) $4 pay is insulting
The whole company is a con. They rip the drivers off and get rich while we suffer.
You can make your own schedule you pick the job that you want then you get either accepted or denied for the job you can stay local or you can go all across the United States it's great for someone who just wants to be self-employed
Work when you want to
cancelled gigs after you arrive sometimes
One of the best side hustle I've done in a long time nice to be able to pick and choice the hours I would like to work and jobs I want to do not everywhere gives you that opportunity
Doing everything on your own time
Have to wait 5 days after you add your debt card to cash out instantly

Appreciate the flexible schedule. & I like that we can choose our own routes when we drive each day. That helps to save on mileage. However some of the delivery pick up locations are far away. & I would like to see more jobs available during the afternoon.
Choose your routes
Very low pay for the driving distance.
I started this job to make some extra money during the pandemic. It serves it purpose for me and also makes me feel good knowing that I'm helping people who may not be able to get out and get their own staples.
Work when you want, decent pay, work by yourself
I don't really have any cons yet.
It is a decent job that pays pretty good the only complaint I have is having to wait 3 hours after every delivery to be able to cash out! I think an hour would be a little more reasonable
Flexible and decent pay
The waiting period for pay to be available
Flexibility, pay per gig, and independence. Overall im satisfied. Great for businesses and individuals who need delivery assistance the same day or next day. Will soon be trying out the long trips that may be available.
Pay for local gigs
Makes me feel like Santa Claus, going from house to house, delivering packages in our new contactless society of covid!
Offers the freedom to choose when and where to pick up packages at different sites around town, delivered mostly to people's homes within the area. Much of the information is provided before you even choose to commit to do the delivery including the distance to travel the amount of the job payment (pre-tip), then using GPS technology, find your way to the customer's home where you unload packages according to their specific directions (if any), Most people choose the "contactless" option during the pandemic. Therefore, rarely ever meet the customers...as you ring the doorbell (or knock on the door) is your last step, just after taking the final picture as "proof of delivery" and then submit the data with "completed delivery" selection. Poof!! Then you're back in your vehicle driving away with maybe a wave to the customer who may have been watching you or not. Roadie then processes your payment and ads on any additional tip income from the customer and/or store/vendor! Tips can be added into your payment as late as 72 hours later. Recently allowing instant pay (more like "end of day pay, if you consider instant pay like uber and Lyft do?).Overall this company is growing and changing rapidly, I see it exploding during the next few years as service becomes more delivery oriented and if people like the service and wanted to continue they must prove it by tipping, which is so easy to do using the app. It's a measurement tool of feedback for the delivery person and their superiors as to how well or not a type of job you completed for their company and their customers, as - more...
Choose your own hours and delivery areas
Many new delivery personnel coming on board every day, making for less deliveries per person per day?
Work-life balanceWork-life balance at Roadie is up to you. They are flexible with your schedule and you can do as much or as many hours as you like and then have time for yourself at home or something.
I've only been delivering for Roadie for about a month now, and while I've made some good money delivering for Walmart through Roadie, I recently had my account "temporarily locked out," and no one has gotten back with me to tell me why. I've emailed them a dozen times or so; I've called them a dozen times or so, and no one knows anything, nor is anyone able to tell me why I got locked out. All they've done so far is emailed me to tell me that "we've been advised by Walmart that you are checking into the system and going into the store." Yeah, I parked in a non-Delivery Pick-up parking slot and went into Walmart to use the restroom. That is it! And now they've locked out my account. It's not worth the money to have to deal with such incompetency.
Horrible Driver Support and Response Time
