Management at the VP level is clueless, no experience in Truck Driver Training or the Trucking Industry. They micro manage aspects of the training that they could not actually do themselves.
Most people hate not knowing who will be let go next. We don't understanding why a CEO would let things become this bad. My co-workers hate not being able to communicate issues from fear of being let go before a new job is found. No trust and its hard to work somewhere where trust is not felt.
