Reviews for Truck Driver in Roadrunner
Lots of miles
OTR Company Driver (Current Employee) - Chicago, IL - February 19, 2023
You work hard, no sleep, good equipment. Owner will fix the equipment or expect you too if it’s miner. The Dispatch is forced, so you will not be able to pick your on loads.

Lazy people won't make it.
OTR Truck Driver (Current Employee) - Indianapolis, IN - February 12, 2022
RoadRunner is a recovering company from past ownership. With that said there are alot of areas to improve but it's not that bad. You need to learn the Lanes and what is going to work for you. I make 2500-4k a week depending how busy things are. I found what works for me. If your lazy this won't be the place for you. I wish they had more availability for advancement and if you are a hard worker they won't let you advance.
Pros
- Decent Pay - Some dispatchers care - Decent Trucks
Cons
- No advancement - No insurance - Poor communication

Good pay, horrible management
Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Cudahy, WI - April 1, 2021
I was there in 2 positions. Company driver and a independent contractor (IC). Company drivers are so much better taken care of than IC's. The dispatchers that I delt with I knew I could trust. The safety department....out of touch with reality, makes points on your record that never happen. Charge you $235 a week for trailer maintenance that was never done. They find ways to fire you and take.your truck away and leave you unemployable with NO REGRETS. Upper management just cares about the money that goes in thier pockets and dont care about the rest of us. IC'S are left to fend for themselves with no legit help. If you take a week off, you won't get a check for 3 weeks after you return to work
Pros
Good pay and miles
Cons
Management is out of touch and back stabbing
