It depends on whether the assignment company requires testing. For a job at a hospital, I took the urine test, as well as, a TB one and I was at a training department and wouldn't work with any patients.
If smoking pot has/is affecting your oral health and personal hygiene in a professional setting; Only then would we or our partners we assign work from require a drug test/physical. You may also be subject to a drug/alcohol test if your behavior is conflicting your work ethics if reported by our partners and/or affiliates.

I have passed drug test, yes they do. But I failed background check for unknown reason which they can not inform me of.
