What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Robert Half?

I've had perhaps 5 interviews/ meetings with RH. No placements (20 yrs. experience). On one occasion, after working a 12 hr day, I was met by a woman who looked liked she stepped out of a fashion magazine and was scolded for not dressing the same. Exceptionally pretentious, plenty of 'key' phrases, no substance, a complete waste of time.

It's a good company not the best and you have to be vocal about ur situation

Remember its a temp agency they are there to help

They're very professional, so dress appropriately and be prepared to discuss every skill and every point on your resume. Be positive, polished and professional. Their relationship with their clients is based on your representation of them.

Maintain an air of professionalism.

Do your homework on turn over for position you are being placed into.

You might be better off looking for a position on your own rather than waiting for them to respond.

Be ready to go to work and take all the assignment offered.

Be yourself & emphasize exactly what you're looking for monetarily & work culture wise.

Be confident in your abilities and open to starting something that will require a lot of problem solving.
