It’s Alright

Leads are good if you follow up with them. Not much help from team leaders so don’t expect it. Great way to get your feet wet if you are a newer agent

So far disappointing

They sell you on leads - BUT, they will put you into "buckets" than you cant make any progress. This division is obviously set up to see if they can make something of old leads that they have paid for - someone will get lucky as a blind squirrel and find a nut.

Good support and provides leads.

The leads are nice but the split is harsh. Great place to start if you don’t have a sphere of business. Real estate can be a tough business so it’s good to get started with a company that provides a lot of support.
