Great for new agents.
They offer a great intensive training program. Their monthly fee is less than others. And they offer okay leads. Splits are okay and they do offer support. Some of the team leads are not very responsive unless you reach out to them 10+ times

Do Not Care About All Agents. Just the close group to the management
Realtor (Current Employee) - Palm Beach County, FL - October 4, 2023
The company offers a lot, but then cares only about a very few, close to the management, agents who are getting all the best leads. Commission split was just recently changed because the company needed money to expand. There is no promotion of an individual agent, they only promote themselves. Very greedy. Horrible split. Bad leads you have to fight for. Every lead you put into their system belongs to them, even though it's your sphere. Do not care about trying to keep the high producing agents if they are not management friends or giving them a kick back. Run as fast as you can from this company, many agents left and more are in the process of leaving!

It’s Alright
Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Ocala, FL - September 7, 2023
Leads are good if you follow up with them. Not much help from team leaders so don’t expect it. Great way to get your feet wet if you are a newer agent

So far disappointing
Agent (Current Employee) - Orlando, FL - July 1, 2023
They sell you on leads - BUT, they will put you into "buckets" than you cant make any progress. This division is obviously set up to see if they can make something of old leads that they have paid for - someone will get lucky as a blind squirrel and find a nut.

Good support and provides leads.
Realtor (Former Employee) - Orlando, FL - May 23, 2023
The leads are nice but the split is harsh. Great place to start if you don’t have a sphere of business. Real estate can be a tough business so it’s good to get started with a company that provides a lot of support.

Amazing Broker with lots of support and Leads
Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) - Remote - May 8, 2023
As a new Real Estate agent I knew that it was important to start off with a company that had a great training program. The first month they had an amazing program called Slack Academy which helped me immensely. I then started in the Traditional Division with JB and Sean as my team leaders and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They were both there for me from day one to help me navigate the world of real estate and teach me all that I needed to know.
Pros
Availability of team Leaders to help
Cons
none that I can think of

Bait and Switch
Real Estate Agent (Former Employee) - Orlando, FL - July 27, 2022
I started in the Traditional model at RS in 2021. They promised targeted leads that would be near your ZIP CODE. This never happened. The leads were terrible. The leads they did provide were many months old and many of the leads had previously requested NO CONTACT, or they would be hours away from where I live. But, RS didn't care, they just sent out the same leads over and over. Their live leads weren't much better as they cherry pick the good ones and give them to salaried agents before any leads go to the Traditional plan agents. Their split for leads they provide - that you are already paying for via a monthly fee - is 45 / 55. That's right - you get to keep 45% of your half of the commission. Ridiculous. And they charge the buyer or seller they represent a huge "tech fee" in addition to the commission. There are much better brokerages out there. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by. I sure wish I had.
Pros
Virtual Training
Cons
Bad leads, opaque processes for lead distribution

Awesome Company
Sales Associate / Consultant (Current Employee) - Saint Petersburg, FL - May 18, 2022
Great team leaders and management. Lots of leads are provided, however many of them are no good, they are not qualified and vetted enough, but it is a numbers game and you get plenty. Buyer leads only

great training and good paid for leads
This is a good place to start out as the training is very good and they pay for your leads, so you have little start up costs. However once you've been there for a couple of years you can probably move on.
Pros
paid for leads, good training
Cons
no work/life balance, they have high expectations and you feel you are working 24/7

You can make a lot
Realtor (Current Employee) - Boynton Beach, FL - March 6, 2022
Love working here. They give you leads and depending on how many sold last quarter you split with your broker. Also personal leads come in at a higher rate than the company leads. Very very happy to out earn my husband.
Pros
Leads
Cons
Sometimes leads are low price point

Flexible Schedule.
Licensed Professional Realtor (Former Employee) - Florida - February 7, 2022
The difference with this company is they give you options on what you want to join. There is 100% division, Salary division, Traditional division, and leads division.

Amazing Management and Team Structures
Licensed Realtor (Current Employee) - Tampa, FL - January 25, 2022
The amount of support from management is unmatched. This company is wonderful and genuinely wants each agent to be successful. There are several different divisions within the company and two of those divisions provide leads, which is HUGE if you’re a newer agent. My only con is that I find myself working late almost every night, which can generally be expected in real estate.
Pros
Support, encouragement, flexibility
Cons
Hard to find work/life balance
