What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Robert W. Baird?
Ask very specific questions on the role's responsibility. Nowhere in my hiring process was the word "tax" brought up. I became so involved with numerous "tax" processes that it prevented me from doing what I was actually hired to do; provide support to the branches.
