Low pay high turnover. Mostly nice coworkers. No real room for advancement unless you want to work 60 hours a week. Was fun for awhile but left to get a real job.

Owner is not a good person and devoid of the ability to communicate to his team

Terrible communication from upper management, CONSTANT turnover in the General Manager position leads to consistent uncertainty, nonstop questions about job security and endless new procedures and SOPs with each new manager coming aboard. Management doesn’t care about employees and has no concern about putting their employees in harm’s way during the pandemic. People that work for them are worked hard and then tossed away with little to no concern over them as people - merely means to an end for them (in their case, profits).

Very fast pace with not much break. Not much room for growth within the company. Good diversity with locations and flexible hours. There was no offers in benifits.

I worked for Roberta's seasonal at the State Fair, my hour's varied the schedule was a little flexible, the pay was seasonal cash paid with commission.
