Way back in late 70's/80's I drove bus summertime to Germaine's Luau. We came in at 2:00 afternoon, did our routine check before we headed out to the hotels for pickup. We didn't get back in town until 10:30 and after dropping the escort and getting back to base, it was close to midnight. Those were the fun day's!

Unprofessional HR Staff and not Title VII friendly in their hiring practices especially those 55 and over. No call backs when leaving messages with HR stands to reason why Roberts experience a high employee turn over rate. Yes, I've applied for over 14 positions over the last year and a half and have a B.A. and M.A. with over 17 years HR experience in the full gamut of HR. One Recruiter at the Blaisdell Job Fair said I was over qualified and made a sour face when I took some promotional items off the table. I like the new shuttle and Busing Units though and the Transportation Mgt. Recuiters. Applied for Greeter, HR Specialist, DOT Administrative, Non CDL Driver, the Magic of Polynesia positions, Reservations, baggage, Porter. Management and Roberts principles do not have an open door policy in conversing with potential job seekers and good luck in getting through the Gate Keeper..Executive 3 Star Secretary. I would not recommend those seeking employment with Roberts. Try the Professionals at Ground Transport. No, I'm not a current employee of them. HR Staff and Director needs retraining.
