Do what we say, not what we do. Safety is first, unless "safety" isn't as fast.....then be quiet and do your job. There's a safety manager but no one really knows what they do. Besides the one safety meeting a month. If you're not a "yes-man" they will hold you accountable and try to get you. If you are, this is the place for you. Managers will actively work against you to try to get you to quit. LOTS of office politics!

Good luck, work culture hasn't changed with the times since the 1990's. Nothing else but horrible. Drama environment, you vs them. Record every conversation

If you like overtime this is the place for you we work 40-60+ hrs a week. Field guys have a lot of say in decisions made within the company. Being employee owned is nice and I think will cause a lot of things to change in the future.

Good coworkers and that's where it stops

I only worked there for a month because I was suddenly fired with no reason given even after asking, so the management is awfully to say the least. Everyone that's not in management are real good to work with but that's about it.
