I find my supervisors to be very helpful and supportive. They makes sure you take time off and are very flexible.

My experience was very quick. From the time I applied to a job offer was a couple of weeks. I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then I had an in person interview with the manager, and lastly I had a peer interview with a supervisor.
